Hi I'm Robyn
I’m a Lincolnshire wedding and family photographer, midwife, dog lover and live music fan.
I love people, their stories and all the little moments that make life feel like yours. I’m here to capture those moments as they really happen - with warmth, no pressure and nothing that feels awkward or forced.

It's Always Been About People
Real Life by Robyn began in 2020, when I picked up my camera in search of a creative outlet alongside my career as an NHS midwife. What started as something just for me quickly became something I genuinely loved - getting to know people, hearing their stories and giving them photographs that really mean something.
I know being in front of a camera doesn’t come naturally to everyone - and you absolutely don’t need to know how to pose or where to put your hands! I’ll chat with you, have a laugh and offer a little gentle guidance when it’s helpful, then quietly step back and let the real moments happen.
Being a midwife has taught me how to read a room, stay calm and support people without taking over. That naturally comes with me into my photography too. I’ll be there when you need me, blend into the background when you don’t and care about your experience just as much as the photographs themselves.
More than anything, I want you to look back at your photographs and remember exactly how it all felt - not a polished or perfected version, but your real story.

A few things that make me, me
Life usually involves my dog Gwen, live music, football and spending far too long trying to work out which bird I’ve just spotted! I love being outdoors, discovering new places and enjoying the little things - although seeing a barn owl in the wild will always be difficult to beat.
I’m based in Lincolnshire, but I’m always happy to venture further afield to capture a wedding. New places, beautiful stories and lovely people are a pretty wonderful combination - and if there happens to be a dog or an incredible dance floor involved too, I’ll feel right at home.
